These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LegionIQ website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. About LegionIQ
LegionIQ provides strategy-support, tracking, analysis, readiness, planning, and related account intelligence tools. LegionIQ is designed to help users organize and interpret information they provide to the platform.
LegionIQ does not access, automate, or control user game accounts.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the Services under applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Use bots, scripts, scraping, or abusive automation against LegionIQ
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Misuse referral, reward, waitlist, ranking, or promotional systems
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated information for rewards or account advantages
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Data and Content
You retain responsibility for the information you submit to LegionIQ. By submitting content or data to the Services, you grant LegionIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Services.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.
6. Game-Related Positioning
LegionIQ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Evony or its publisher unless expressly stated otherwise.
LegionIQ does not access user credentials for game accounts, does not automate gameplay, and does not play on behalf of users. Users remain solely responsible for complying with the rules, terms, and policies applicable to any game they play.
7. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or paid access tier.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature:
- You agree to pay applicable fees
- Recurring billing may apply unless canceled according to the terms of your plan
- Pricing, plan structure, and included features may change prospectively
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
8. Referrals, Promotions, and Rewards
LegionIQ may offer referral programs, leaderboards, contests, waitlists, and promotional rewards.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Referral rewards are subject to verification and abuse review
- We may reject, adjust, or revoke referrals that are fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, automated, or otherwise invalid
- Promotional offers may be modified, paused, or ended at our discretion
- Prize decisions made in good faith based on recorded referral data and applicable program rules are final, subject to applicable law
Where a referral reward includes a capped benefit, reaching the cap does not necessarily stop referral counting for separate leaderboard or promotional purposes.
9. AI and Guidance Features
AI-related features, including Kiru and related strategy tools, are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. They do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, wins, efficiency, or game success.
Users should exercise independent judgment when applying suggestions or recommendations.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misconduct
You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegionIQ and its affiliates, founders, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to LegionIQ in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegionIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction designated by LegionIQ’s governing entity, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
